The Company-ICTV - is created to solve the financial burden to Internet users from the Internet Access- dial up  in the future.

1. Experts project monthly fee for Internet Access  will increase to  between $80 to $200 per month depending on the different service levels/speed.
   This charges will be for different services on the Internet but they are all paid from one bank account, yours.

3. Think of this as a domino effect : increased speed bring increased costs -backbone effect .  The costs are higher and the ISP's demand end users to pay more for  monthly Internet dial up access. Internet users may have to pay $80 to $200 for Internet Access dial up and other services provided by password Web Sites.  
4. The primary goal of ICTV is to help its members access the Internet at lower cost while Internet Service Providers (ISP ) will generate  more customers for them by using our program.
5. ICTV Goal is to sign up 10,000,000 to 30,000,000 members which generate ,with our Program and Software , $100 - $250 monthly gross for each member via Advertising , Electronic Commerce , B2B etc. ( but it won't cost the member that!).

Our strategy is to get Internet users  to experience Free Internet Access with the choice of there ISP and no permanent banner on there Monitors when they surf the Internet.

The Internet Access Fee will be a greater issue at $100.00 per month than it is now at $20.00 per month . With OUR Intellectual Property Program, as a part of our service, we can help Internet users overcome this important hurdle.

Without our Program we believe Internet Access may be turned down or  be confined to the same growth as Cable Television at 1-5% per year .
