Webincome got a $100 Million Contract per month for its Free Internet Access application
program. Three Word Wide Advertising agency are willing and ready to work with Webincome
for Free Internet Access to the ISP of choice to any Internet user in the World .
2.- November 1999,
Comdex trade show was a good start for Webincome. The need for Webincome Free Internet
Access with the choice of the ISP is there and we are ready to work with the ISP's at this
time. Different meetings during the show gave Webincome a good coverage for Europe -
Germany , France , UK - too. Few ISP's we met at Las Vegas Trade Shows give us an idea
about their interest in our program. Other alliances with different companies will follow
from the Trade Show and we will get them on our web site when the verbal agreements will
be signed by all parties and ready to be part of our contractual program.
For the calendar year 2,000 Webincome plan to be part of many Trade Shows all over the
World so the program we have will be introduce to the participant of the trade shows.
3. - December 20th ,1999, in the spirit of Holidays 1999
Webincome introduce the Webpllets .
The value for Webpllets : 10,000 Webpllets =$US1,000 .
Winners for Webpllets will need to meet the requirement below and Webincome will issue a
certificate showing thy are the winners. This will be paid with Webincome company check
after 30 days of the first month of this program start - so all the 5,000,000 users are in
place and we will start to pay ISP's for Internet Access.
We will have different type of Webpllets - see table below.
| Home Internet users Webpllets | This types will be issued to the first Home Users Internet Access Members
of WebIncome. The first 5 Home users will have 2 times the value of the regular
Webpllets Webincome issued 1,000,000 Webpllets. Every Home user will receive
50,000 Webpllets when they will be approved as Members of WebIncome until the 1,000,000
will be empty . Remember is necessary for your ISP to be a Member too. So you will need to
convince your ISP first to be a Member and you will become a Member immediately after your
ISP Webincome Membership approval. Please read and understand our Terms and Conditions. |

Webincome. The first 5 Business users will receive 2 times the regular Business

of WebIncome. Remember is necessary for your ISP to be a Member too. So you will need to
convince your ISP first to be a Member and you will become a Member immediately after your

businesses Members will receive 2 times the regular Web Sites

Every Web Sites Member will receive 100,000 Webpllets when they will be approved as Members of WebIncome until this offer for Webpllets will be used in full. Remember is necessary for your ISP to be a Member too and you will need to be a Business User Member too. So you will need to convince your ISP first to be a Member and you will become a Member immediately after your ISP's Webincome Membership approval. 4. January 25 , 2000: Join advertising
with the Members ISP's.
Recently many ISP's applying ( or in the process too ) for the Webincome
membership ask us about advertising.
We introduce a plan as today to work with our ISP members in an advertising
promotion together and Webincome will commit up to 80% of the advertising
cost . The payment will be done by Webincome directly to the Advertising
Agency, Newspaper, Magazines etc.
The ISP need to submit an application online so Webincome will know the
details and the media.
There will be scheduled times frames for such join advertising
based on the progress of the Internet membership. A special designed
Intranet for members ISP will contain the Application and the time frame
with the budget Webincome will assign for the join advertising.
Again Webincome will give priority to the first ISP's .
Webincome principle in this join effort is : to make the members ISP more
victorious and help them acquire more users.
