serve " principle for both Internet Users and ISP's in other words : if your
ISP will not apply for the Membership and we have enough ISP'S members for that time

regard, the same will apply for the Internet User Members, if your ISP of choice
filled the number of users, we agree upon , you will need to wait until more Memberships
will come available for that ISP .

ISP will inform Webincome of the payment we will need to pay to them and they should
charge you as a Member of Webincome the same amount they charge the rest of
their clients. Remember Webincome will cover in general only 60% of the base users per ISP only
, so the availability will be limited.
