We understand at this time there are more than 248,000,000   (and some sources say every day 1,000,000 new users are coming to the Internet)  Internet Users;  and there are more than 8,000 ISP's. Based on the support we will get from the Internet Users and in particular from ISP's we will be able to have a schedule to increase the number of Internet Users Membership.   Our program has a great possibility to expend so we may accommodate more ISP's and more users.
